Each week they have a day dedicated to broker opens and agents spend this time touring multiple homes while connecting with other agents & partners. Typically they host them on the week their listing launches. This allows agents to get a peek into all homes available before the rush of the weekend buyers.

How this works
Add a free, new benefit for your sellers!
Agents will submit homes via this website to be included in the list of broker open houses. Homes must be submitted by the last day of the month for the upcoming monthly broker open.
A map of broker open houses will be developed and sent to agents all over NoCo. Agents will be invited to join us on the tour & can drive individually or as a group. We also encou create their own social media about the home (keeping in mind that you should always list the listing agent & brokerage.)
